The Senior SEO Manager is responsible for driving the development and execution of an integrated organic marketing strategy. This role focuses on enhancing visibility and engagement of our website with our key audiences. The primary aim is to increase the share of organic traffic from both branded and non-branded searches, and drive users through the marketing funnel to achieve our customer acquisition and revenue goals.
This role is for a dedicated SEO expert, a passionate specialist who’s adept in both content and technical SEO, as well as connecting it all to measurable commercial impact. If you’re just as confident with Hreflangs and redirect maps as you are with H1s and title tags, this is the role for you.
The role – what you’ll do:
- SEO strategy: Create and oversee the strategy for our organic digital channels including, both mobile and desktop. Ensure the strategy is robust and aligned with our goals to enhance digital marketing growth.
- Website performance: Own the organic performance of the website and the delivery roadmap, implementing strategies to boost efficiency and effectiveness. This includes managing multiple regional sites, and ensuring the site is optimised across geographies.
- Performance metrics and Analytics: Define key performance metrics and ensure that tracking and analytics systems are properly set up and managed. Provide meaningful and actionable insights, regularly reporting on organic growth metrics.
- SEO technical roadmap: Take charge of the SEO technical roadmap, coordinate the implementation of technical fixes, and optimise the website in collaboration with the development team.
- Content strategy: Define the content strategy and SEO content playbook based on thorough keyword and audience research, oversee quality assurance and validation of content production with the content team.
- Onsite optimisation: Optimise core commercial pages to bring in more high intent traffic and outperform the competition.
- Organic growth: In addition to traditional Google search, optimise other channels for discoverability, such as YouTube, and improve Dext’s discoverability in AI search.
- Backlink strategy: Define and manage the backlink strategy, source and vet new vendors, and oversee implementation.

Skills Requirements
- 7+ years experience in a similar role, ideally within a B2B SaaS company
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study
- Strategic thinking: ability to develop long-term strategies that align with business objectives
- Technical SEO knowledge: deep understanding of SEO best practices, algorithms, and the factors that influence rankings
- Content SEO knowledge: deep understanding of content strategy and SEO, with the ability to train internal content writers on how to create content that drives organic discovery.
- Experience utilising tools and technology to manage SEO, A/B testing, reporting and website content management, such as headless CMS, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Search Console.
- Analytical skills: ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve site performance, as well as proficiency with GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong commercial aptitude: understand the relationship between channel metrics and their impact on overall business objectives, with particular attention paid to the relationship between organic and PPC.
- Experimental mindset: proficiency in designing and conducting tests based on hypotheses and measuring their impact
- Demonstrable understanding of a B2B marketing funnel and how the different metrics impact conversion and activation
- Superior oral and written communication and reporting skills, with the confidence to report up to C-suite
