We’re looking for a driven, hungry, and results-oriented Sales Development Representative ready to find new leads and drive outbound growth in the UK market.
The role, what you’ll do:
- Identify and engage with potential clients through outbound efforts (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emailing, webinars, events) and respond effectively to inbound leads.
- Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, challenges, and business context, preparing the ground for impactful sales conversations.
- Book and coordinate discovery calls or demos for the Account Executive team, ensuring a smooth handover and strong first impression.
- Maintain a clean and organised CRM, tracking all activity to ensure full visibility on pipeline performance and lead quality.
Goals & Objectives:
- Achieve the designated number of calls monthly.
- Reach the specified email quota per month.
About you, what we are looking for:
- We're on the lookout for an SDR who already has some hands-on outbound sales experience, ideally in a SaaS, Tech, or FinTech setting.
- A first outbound sales experience, including both digital and in-person prospecting (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, events, webinars, etc.).
- Emotional maturity and perspective, you're comfortable stepping back when needed and acting as a reliable reference for the team without being 100% in the operational weeds.

- You’re hungry and driven, motivated by challenge and ready to win market share in a competitive space.
- You thrive on autonomy and initiative, with the ability to create your own pipeline and opportunities in a mature market.
