The role, what you’ll do

  • We're looking for a Salesforce professional who's ready to make a real impact on our CRM systems and the teams that rely on them.
  • You'll be first-line support for all things Salesforce, owning cases end-to-end, improving processes, and working alongside a team of Admins and Developers on strategic initiatives.
  • If you're organised, proactive, and love solving problems in a fast-moving environment, this is your kind of role.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage internal Salesforce support cases end-to-end, from investigation and triage through to resolution and stakeholder communication.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related support, keeping users informed with clear and timely updates.
  • Identify bugs, feature requests, and user errors, escalating where needed while maintaining full ownership.
  • Liaise with Sales and commercial stakeholders to clarify issues, manage expectations, and drive resolution.
  • Spot trends in support requests and proactively flag opportunities for process improvement, training, or system enhancements.
  • Take ownership of small-scale projects and technical debt initiatives, delivering independently with guidance from senior team members.
  • Support testing of new features, configurations, and releases, including writing and executing test cases.
  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation: user guides, process docs, and well-structured Jira tickets.
  • Own the preparation of monthly CRM updates, producing clear, concise content with supporting screenshots.
  • Use AI-assisted tools where appropriate to improve efficiency in documentation, troubleshooting, and day-to-day tasks.

  • Experience in a fast-paced or collaborative team environment.
  • Right to work in the UK or Bulgaria without visa sponsorship.
Nice-to-haves:
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (or actively working towards it).
  • Exposure to Salesforce ecosystem tools such as Salesloft, Ringlead, Calendly, or Clay.
