This hardworking and fast-expanding events agency is seeking a Senior Producer to join their offices in Shoreditch on a hybrid basis. This role offers the chance to work with some huge global clients in places of significant transformation.

As a Senior Producer, you will lead and deliver a variety of huge events, including virtual and hybrid roadshows, experiential events, and award ceremonies. Your role will be crucial in translating creative ideas into reality, ensuring every event resonates with its audience and achieves its objectives.

Candidates must have a track record of working in an agency environment, with experience managing content, digital, film, print, and production. It goes without saying that you’ll be highly organised. As part of a small team, or sometimes solo, you will manage complex events and ensure flawless communication between clients, content, and production teams.

Your technical expertise will be invaluable, with a solid understanding of media servers, switchers, comms, and cameras, as well as proficiency with digital platforms like Teams Townhall and Zoom. This is your opportunity to work with client stakeholders, provide expert advice, and be responsible for the flawless execution of events.

Your ability to translate client expectations into technical briefs and manage the full event lifecycle will be crucial. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, encouraging repeat business, and identifying new opportunities.
