Are you the organised one who always knows what’s happening, what’s next and where the bottleneck is? If you love bringing structure to creative chaos, this opportunity could be right up your street. You’ll join a well-established creative team in a hybrid office/remote role in the heart of West Yorkshire, sitting at the heart of the Design and Content function and making sure projects run smoothly from brief through to delivery.
You’ll be at the heart of the creative operation, helping to keep workloads balanced, projects moving and the wider team working efficiently. You’ll have a good handle on team capacity, spot potential bottlenecks and support planning and forecasting to make sure everything stays on track. You’ll also play a key role in managing briefs and workflows. That means reviewing incoming briefs, making sure the team has everything they need, keeping project information up to date and looking for ways to make the creative process run even more smoothly.
On the production side, you’ll take care of the practical details that bring creative projects to life. From booking models and venues to arranging travel, organising equipment and managing schedules, you’ll make sure the logistics are covered. You’ll also take ownership of the studio environment, keeping equipment and inventory organised, monitoring maintenance, managing studio spaces and keeping an eye on budgets.
And importantly, you’ll be the person who keeps everyone connected. Acting as a central point of contact for the creative team and wider stakeholders, you’ll keep people informed, coordinate projects and make sure everyone is working together towards the same goal.
The perfect candidate will be:
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- A strong communicator who can juggle multiple priorities
- Proactive, practical and solutions-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment
- Experienced with project management or workflow software
Ideally, you’ll also have experience in a creative, studio or production environment, with knowledge of photography/video workflows, shoot coordination, creative briefing and managing studio equipment or resources. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves making things happen — bringing structure, solving problems and helping creative teams deliver their best work.
