Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out upgrades and repairs on domestic properties for a well established housing maintenance specialist.
  • Work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with a view to ongoing, steady workloads.
  • Potential to earn extra through overtime (OT) if requested.
  • Clear a backlog of properties requiring radiator changes and other heating upgrade work.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working from own van and tools.
  • Hold NVQ Level 2 or above.
  • Experience in powerflushing is advantageous.
