A medium sized repairs and maintenance specialist is looking for plumbers to join their rapidly growing team. All work will be completed in private domestic properties within the RG postcodes.
Salary ranges from 43 to 45k in regular hours, with higher achievers earning up to 55K. The call out rota is 1 week in 12, with no day-to-day work during that callout week. The current labour average is around 45 to 50k, with very little out of hours required to reach that.
This is a permanent position, full-time, working a 5 day week from Monday to Saturday, with rotas planned up to 3 months ahead. The successful plumber will be required to work 1 Saturday per month and occasional Sundays.
The ideal candidate must have a clean driving licence and will be subject to a DBS check. Experience in this role is essential, and plumbers must hold a plumbing qualification. Higher rates are considered for those with more advanced qualifications, experience, and broader skill sets.
