This medium-sized repairs and maintenance specialist is looking for plumbers to join their rapidly growing team. All work will be completed in private domestic properties, with successful plumbers working mainly in the PO or SO postcodes, depending on their location.
There are many opportunities for growth within this company, which offers a very competitive salary with potential earnings on top of the basic salary. The call-out rota is 1 week in 12 at £150 per weekend, with an overtime hourly rate. Current plumbers average around 40 to 50k with very little out of hours required to reach that.
This is a permanent position, full-time, 5 days a week, Monday to Saturday, with rotas planned up to 3 months ahead, roughly 1 Saturday per month and occasional Sundays. Successful plumbers will need to have a clean driving licence and will be subject to a DBS check.
