We are currently working with a dynamic and privately owned construction business that has a turnover in excess of £50 million and works predominantly within London and Zone 1 & 2. They offer a boutique approach to clients, working on a range of commercial fit out schemes. The business has steadily grown over the years and specialises in CAT A & B fit out, specialised works and furniture schemes typically ranging between £1 million and £10 million. They pride themselves on being a fresh and exciting business and were born out of a desire to underpin true transparency in the construction and fit out industry.
The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced 3D Visualiser to join their team in Central London. This role will play an important part in supporting the design and pre-construction teams by producing high-quality visualisations, mood boards, and presentation materials that effectively communicate design concepts to clients. The successful candidate will work closely with the Design Director and wider project teams, helping to translate client briefs into compelling visual outputs while supporting the overall design and work-winning process.
Roles & responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with project delivery by coordinating directly with team leaders, clients, and the wider project team to ensure the design scope is clearly captured
- Produce high-quality 3D visualisations that accurately reflect client briefs and design concepts
- Create inspiring mood boards and presentation materials for client proposals and bids
- Maintain ownership of drawings, visualisations, schedules, and coordination information for allocated projects
- Capture and interpret client vision, translating ideas into compelling visual outputs
- Provide regular project updates and reporting to the Design Director
- Source, specify, and collate material samples
- Manage furniture administration and assist with furniture specification
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company sample library
- Produce high-quality bid documents and design presentations to support work-winning activities
- Develop and maintain a 3D graphics library and ensure it remains up to date
- Maintain accurate design filing systems and project documentation
- Assist in the development of CAD blocks and design libraries including InDesign templates
- Stay informed on emerging workplace design trends and innovations
Technical Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience using Revit
- Experience with 3D rendering and visualisation software
- Strong technical detailing and drawing skills
- Good understanding of architectural drawing conventions
- Ability to stay informed on key industry trends and evolving design technologies
- Creative and innovative design thinking
