As part of a well-established regional division, you'll support the delivery of a varied portfolio of refurbishment, retrofit, remediation and building safety projects for local authorities, housing associations and private sector clients. Projects range from occupied residential developments and student accommodation through to large-scale regeneration schemes. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team where you'll play a key role in ensuring vital project information is effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle. The Role Reporting into the Design Team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating project documentation across multiple live schemes using Viewpoint / 4Projects. Working closely with Design Managers, consultants and operational teams, you'll ensure all drawings, technical submissions and project records are accurately controlled, distributed and maintained, helping to keep projects running smoothly from pre-construction through to completion. Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain project documentation using Viewpoint / 4Projects * Oversee drawing registers and ensure robust document and revision control * Upload, track and distribute RFIs, technical submissions, reports and project correspondence * Monitor design review and approval workflows within the document management system * Support Design Managers with the coordination of consultant and subcontractor information * Maintain compliance with company procedures and quality management standards * Assist in the preparation of project handover documentation, including O&M manuals * Ensure all project information is accurate, accessible and up to date About You To be successful in this role, you'll have previous experience in a Document Controller position within a construction or main contracting environment and be confident managing large volumes of project information.
