Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue subcontract enquiries in line with project programmes
- Analyse tender returns and produce comparisons and recommendations
- Negotiate and place subcontract orders in accordance with company procedures
- Manage subcontract valuations, applications for payment and cost reporting
- Control variations, change events and contra charges
- Maintain accurate subcontract cost forecasts and records
- Assist in final account negotiation and close-out
- Liaise closely with site teams, project managers and commercial management
