Role Overview
We are seeking a professionally qualified Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to independently manage individual contracts around £2 million each. Ideally, you will have experience within Social Housing Retrofit projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts from start to finish, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with project teams to monitor costs and assess risks.
- Prepare cost reports, valuations, and manage subcontractor payments.
