The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join the company s growing Construction Division.

This role will involve commercial responsibility across a varied portfolio of projects including new build developments, Extensions, Refurbishment schemes, Commercial construction projects, Public sector developments.

Working closely with the Commercial Manager, Contracts Managers, Site Managers and clients, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within budget whilst maximising profitability and maintaining strong client relationships.
