The Preconstruction Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to the preconstruction function, assisting with the smooth running of preconstruction activities and processes.

Experience

  • MUST HAVE previous administrative experience within the construction industry
  • Experience of managing tender/enquiry documentation, including checking documents against issue lists, managing addendums, superseding documents etc
  • Experience of using SharePoint to manage documentation, at least at an intermediate level
  • Experience of managing tender correspondence via portals
  • Able to manage and prioritise requests from multiple members of staff, and work to deadlines

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the preconstruction team
  • Assist with document control and information management
  • Support tender and preconstruction processes as required
  • Coordinate communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Maintain records, logs, and preconstruction data
  • Assist with meetings, submissions, and deadlines
  • Carry out ad hoc tasks in support of preconstruction activities
