Roles and Responsibilities:
- As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial success and contractual integrity of construction projects. This role will involve a wide range of tasks that are essential for the smooth operation and profitability of construction activities.
- Developing, managing, and overseeing project budgets.
- Monitoring and controlling costs throughout the project to ensure they stay within budget.
- Preparing financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Drafting, negotiating, and finalising contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Identifying potential risks in contracts and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Sourcing, evaluating, and managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
