This opportunity sits within a business unit operating across London and the South, delivering a diverse portfolio of refurbishment, remediation, retrofit and building safety projects across both public and private sectors, including local authorities and housing associations. You will oversee a portfolio of up to 10 live projects valuing usually between £2m - £10m, manage a team of 3x Contracts Managers, and play a key role in securing future refurbishment, building safety and remediation work.

  • Manage, mentor, and support Contracts Managers and senior site teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on programme, and within budget
  • Oversee all fire safety, cladding, and building safety compliance requirements
  • Act as a senior point of contact for clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies
  • Lead and support the tendering and securing of new Building Safety Fund projects
  • Drive performance, quality, and continuous improvement across the portfolio
  • Manage risk, programme strategy, and resource planning
  • Ensure full compliance with current and evolving building safety legislation and guidance

Package & Benefits

  • Highly competitive salary (commensurate with experience)
