They work with both private and public sector clients and deliver a range of new build and refurbishment projects. Project sizes typically range between £500,000 & £20 million but they have delivered schemes of larger values.
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Architect looking to move into a Design Manager role to work on a range of projects with values typically between £5 & £30 million. As the Design Manager, you will play an important role in the successful execution of these projects. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including project managers, architects, contractors, and clients, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process from concept to completion. We are interested in Architects, Engineers, and Building Control Professionals that are looking to take the next step in their career and move into a Design Management role with a main contractor.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead the design team through various project phases, including design development, space planning, material selection, and FF&E specifications.
