This role sits within a well-established business unit operating across London and the South, delivering a diverse range of refurbishment, remediation, retrofit, and building safety projects across both the public and private sectors. Clients include local authorities and housing associations, with project types spanning residential, student accommodation, and public-sector regeneration schemes. The business is led by a highly experienced senior leadership team with a proven track record of successful project delivery. The Role – Site Manager We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee SHDF (Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund) works, with future progression into planned works projects. Experience in SHDF delivery is desirable but not essential. What is essential is demonstrable experience managing occupied properties, with a strong ability to engage with residents professionally and respectfully.
