Recco is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a programme of large-scale residential refurbishment works in the Firth of Clyde area.
The role covers mobilisation through to handover, including kitchens, bathrooms, mechanical/electrical works and external packages.
Key requirements include SMSTS, First Aid at Work, asbestos awareness and DBS clearance or the ability to obtain.
A full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are essential.
