The Role
Our client is currently seeking to recruit an Estimator to Senior Estimator to join their preconstruction team in Suffolk. Working on a diverse range of specialist joinery and interior fit-out projects, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, managing tender submissions, and supporting projects from initial enquiry through to contract award. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and the wider commercial and operational teams to ensure competitive and commercially viable tenders are produced.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare accurate estimates and tender submissions for specialist joinery and interior fit-out projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation to assess project requirements
- Produce quantity take-offs and detailed cost plans
