Their portfolio includes schemes for local authorities, housing associations, residential providers and regeneration partners, with a strong focus on improving existing housing stock and delivering safer buildings. Led by an experienced senior leadership team with an excellent reputation in the market, the business continues to secure major remediation frameworks and long-term partnerships across the region. The Role Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of recladding, façade remediation and fire safety projects across South and East London. You will take ownership of projects from PCSA through to final delivery, ensuring schemes are planned, procured and delivered safely, on programme and within budget. Working closely with clients, consultants, commercial teams and operational staff, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of critical building safety works. Key Responsibilities * Managing multiple recladding and fire remediation projects simultaneously. * Leading schemes through the PCSA process, including programme development, design coordination, procurement and risk management. * Managing project delivery teams including Site Managers and Project Managers. * Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, residents and key stakeholders. * Driving programme performance, quality standards and commercial outcomes. * Overseeing health, safety and compliance across all projects. * Supporting procurement strategies and subcontractor management. * Working closely with commercial teams to monitor budgets, forecasts and project performance. * Ensuring projects meet current building safety and fire compliance requirements. About You * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction sector. * Strong background delivering façade, cladding remediation, building safety or fire remediation projects. * Experience managing projects from pre-construction/PCSA through to completion. * Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. * Strong commercial awareness and programme management capabilities. * Good understanding of Building Safety legislation and remediation works. * SMSTS, CSCS and relevant construction qualifications preferred.
