Quantity Surveyor – External Refurbishment, Cladding / Building Safety Remediation Location: Hybrid (Dartford Office and Site Visits around M25) Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 (DOE) + Package About the Company Our client is a leading specialist contractor delivering façade, cladding, remediation and building safety projects across the UK. Working with housing providers, developers and main contractors, they have built a strong reputation for delivering complex refurbishment and compliance-led projects that improve building performance, energy efficiency and resident safety. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The Role As Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with operational teams, clients and subcontractors, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered profitably while maintaining excellent client relationships.
