We are working with a leading new build, refurbishment, planned/reactive repairs and maintenance, and roofing construction company with over half a century in operation and a turnover in excess of £55 million. The company has evolved from roofing into residential projects and now aims to diversify further.

They work with a mixture of private and public sector clients across London and the Southeast, delivering high quality new build, refurbishment, retrofit, roofing projects, reactive repairs and maintenance projects ranging between £5m and £50m for local authorities, schools, hospitals, commercial organisations and housing associations.

They are looking to recruit a Bid Writer to join their team in Southeast London on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office) supporting the Preconstruction Manager with non-framework bid submissions including PQQs, SQs and project specific ITs.

As the Bid Writer you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the full lifecycle of bid submissions, ensuring high quality, compelling and well-structured proposals in both public and private sectors.

Though this is a standalone role, support from the Pre-Construction Manager is offered. Exceptional communication, planning, and organisational skills are required.

We are ideally looking for an established Bid Writer but Assistant Bid Writers and Senior Bid Coordinators who are looking to take the next step in their career will be considered.
