About the Role

As the Lead Data Engineer, you will:

  • Establish & Lead : Develop and scale secure, cloud-based data pipelines using AWS, setting up a data engineering function from the ground up.
  • Promote Agile & DevOps : Embed DevOps and Agile practices across the data engineering lifecycle, ensuring efficient and secure data delivery.
  • Collaborate & Influence : Work closely with data management and technology teams to align priorities and refine requirements.
  • Mentor & Inspire : Provide hands-on guidance to your team, fostering a culture of excellence in software engineering.
