Recann is a fast-growing IT & Digital recruitment consultancy working with high-profile clients across the UK, Europe and globally.
We're looking for graduate-calibre, commercially minded people to join our Manchester team.

The role
You'll learn the full recruitment lifecycle: building relationships with candidates and clients, sourcing talent for live roles, developing new business, and managing the process through to placement.
It's sales focused and relationship led; you'll build your own specialist market over time.

- Graduate level ability, or experience in B2B/B2C sales, telesales, estate agency, fundraising or another target driven environment
- Strong communicator, confident on the phone and in person
- Coachable, resilient, organised, and motivated by results
- Genuine interest in building a long term career in recruitment
