Job Purpose

My client is the UK's largest provider of NHS cataract surgery, and they are in the middle of one of the most exciting digital transformations in UK healthcare. They are rolling out AI-powered diagnostics, automated patient bookings, AI-driven call handling, and RPA for referrals processing across 70+ sites nationally. As part of our growing Business Improvement function, they are looking for a Project Manager to help implement these cutting-edge AI and automation initiatives. You will oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of key operational projects of both a clinical and non-clinical nature, working alongside our Change Manager to ensure transformation initiatives are delivered and embedded effectively. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a strong possibility of becoming permanent.
