Job Description Process Analyst - Process & Automation Centre of Excellence \n Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid - minimum 1 day/week on-site) \n Compensation: £37,000 - £54,600 + benefits \n Contract: Permanent, Full-Time - 37 hours per week \n Visa Sponsorship: Not available. n Reports to: Senior Process Analyst \n \n Who They Are \n A major UK utilities organisation is building a brand new Process & Automation Centre of Excellence from scratch. \Led by an experienced Head of Automation & AI who has built similar capabilities at major UK brands. \n They need Process Engineers / Process Analysts, not Business Analysts. \n \n What You'll Own \n Process Discovery, Mapping & Documentation \n Conduct discovery workshops, interviews, shadowing and data reviews. n Process Analysis & Insight \n Analyse performance, risks, pain points and inefficiencies. Support root-cause analysis, bottleneck assessment, and present insights to senior stakeholders. \Standardise processes, eliminate waste, strengthen controls, and support handover to the Automation CoE. \n Governance, Compliance & Stakeholder Engagement \n Maintain documentation aligned to governance frameworks.
