AI / Automation Start-Up

Hybrid London 2 times per month

£45K - £75K base + benefits

We’re proud to be working with an early-stage AI startup in the automation space that is looking for someone to take full ownership of its revenue engine. They’re small, fast, scrappy and growing in sectors that desperately need efficiency: education and healthcare. Think less corporate playbook, more blank canvas with data, product and hungry commercial teams ready to plug into whatever you build.

This is a role for someone who loves structure, clean processes and tools that actually get used. You’ll sit at the heart of Sales, Customer Success and Growth, working directly with the founder to turn a brilliant product into a predictable, scalable revenue machine.

What you’ll take on:

  • Map the entire revenue journey and turn it into something consistent, measurable and repeatable
  • Own the CRM like it’s your second brain - pipelines, automations, routing, reporting
  • Build deal room templates, discovery frameworks, proposal formats and sales enablement assets that actually make sense
  • Create ROI models that show prospects and customers exactly how much time and money they’ll save
  • Design demos, scripts, decks and a demo library that everyone uses
  • Build dashboards for pipeline health, forecasting, conversion and customer value
  • Work closely with Sales, Growth and CS to keep messaging, process and data tight across the whole funnel
  • Constantly audit, improve and level up the quality and consistency of the buying experience

What they’re looking for:

  • Experience in sales ops, rev ops, enablement or a hybrid of these in SaaS/AI/tech
  • Strong CRM workflow and automation skills
  • Someone who can build playbooks, templates, scripts, demo flows and ROI tools from scratch
  • Comfortable translating product workflows into demos and financial models
  • Detail-driven, process-minded, and allergic to chaos
  • Equally happy deep in the weeds or shaping the big picture
