A dynamic healthcare provider is recruiting a Project Manager for its Business Improvement function, reporting to the Head of Business Improvement. This role, based in Bolton within the Transport department, drives operational projects to deliver exceptional patient and staff experiences through clinical and non-clinical initiatives.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery using ARC Project Management system, Prince2, and/or Agile methodologies.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets; identify and mitigate risks/issues; facilitate meetings/workshops for stakeholder input and cross-functional collaboration.
- Coordinate teams, ensure role clarity and action follow-up; maintain high-standard documentation, process maps, and progress reports.
- Identify process improvements, manage resources/budgets, build positive team environments, and lead varied projects as business needs arise.
Required Experience and Skills
- Minimum 3 years as Project Manager, with proven delivery of medium/large-scale complex digital projects in fast-paced settings.
- Excellent organizational/time management, risk management, analytical/problem-solving skills; experience with MS Project or similar, advanced MS Office.
- Prince2 and/or Agile certification essential; leadership for cross-functional teams, strong communication, adaptability; desirable: healthcare/contact centre experience, business process mapping, change management, Lean/Six Sigma.
