An organised, numbers-savvy administrator is needed to take ownership of payroll, timesheet processing and invoicing for a busy recruitment operation in Wakefield. - You’ll be the central point for all things payroll and timesheets, making sure every detail is captured, checked and processed on time. - You’ll liaise with approvers and recruiters to keep outstanding timesheets moving, investigate missing approvals, and communicate directly when something needs chasing.
- Once the data is in place, you’ll take responsibility for writing invoices, matching them to timesheets, checking totals, scanning, saving and sending everything out accurately and on schedule.
- Alongside this, you’ll manage weekly reporting, maintain up-to-date contact information, and keep the workflow organised so nothing is missed.
