What you’ll be doing
- Payroll & Timesheet Admin
- Input weekly timesheet hours with absolute accuracy.
- Update and maintain payroll spreadsheets using formulas and performing checks and reconciliations.
- Review the Timesheet Portal for missing, rejected or anomalies.
- Match timesheets to the correct pay rates, NI details and hours.
- Prepare weekly payroll files ready for processing.
- Approvals, Chasing & Data Accuracy
- Chase outstanding timesheet approvals by phone and email.
- Resolve issues where approvers haven’t received notifications.
- Cross‑check hours, rates and totals across multiple spreadsheets.
- Keep worker and approver details up to date to avoid delays.
- Branch Admin
- Assisting the recruiters and senior team with daily admin. This will be varied.
