They wish to appoint a focused Recruitment Consultant to work within their busy team, supporting the manager, leading by example, and assisting with the day-to-day management of the junior team members. They are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and who takes huge pride in their work. The ability to build relationships, plan, sell and provide solutions to problems is essential. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service to candidates and clients and will be tasked with building long-term relationships at all levels.
