They are expanding and are looking to recruit an experienced recruitment consultant to join the already busy team. You will be given your own desk to service and a database of clients to work with and will be given the autonomy to develop and grow the desk.

The role will be varied and will involve:

· Working with local schools to provide a recruitment service as needed.

· Advertising roles across job boards, social media and locally to attract the best candidates.

· Interviewing, assessing and ensuring candidates are compliant and ready for work.

· Sales and business development to schools and education establishments.

· Maintaining long-term, lasting relationships with all business parties.

· Visiting schools and assessing requirements.

· Ensuring a high standard of service is always delivered.

· Working as part of a team to ensure the branch hits its objectives.

Recruitment experience is essential for this role. You will be an ambitious and professional recruitment consultant, who thrives in a sales environment. All recruitment sector backgrounds considered.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
