Our client is a long‑established recruitment and specialist engineering business in Doncaster, recognised within the automotive sector for its straightforward approach, strong service standards and loyal customer base. A new opportunity has been created for an Operations Support Manager to join the team.
This is a central role within the business and requires someone with solid recruitment and operational experience who is ready for a varied, fast‑paced position. You will take ownership of client management, workforce planning, scheduling and applicant onboarding. You will ensure all bookings are filled through the delivery team while maintaining high standards of compliance and overseeing the administrative processes that keep the operation running smoothly.
You will also play a key part in developing client relationships and identifying opportunities within existing accounts. The role requires someone commercially aware, confident in providing consultative support, and capable of managing and guiding a small team. You will report directly to the Managing Director, who will provide support and strategic direction.
