This specialist Engineering division is looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join their Manchester team. You’ll recruit into one of the UK’s most active technical markets, supporting operators, EPC contractors and engineering consultancies delivering upstream, midstream and downstream Oil & Gas projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Full 360 recruitment across engineering and project delivery.
- Building relationships with operators, EPCs, contractors and technical consultancies.
- Headhunting niche talent (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Project Engineering, Project Controls, O&M).
- Growing your own specialist market within the Oil & Gas sector.
What we’re looking for:
- Recruitment experience (any technical/engineering market considered).
- A confident communicator with strong commercial drive.
- Genuine interest in the Oil & Gas industry and large-scale engineering projects.
