A well-established driving and logistics recruitment business with multiple UK branches is hiring Recruitment Consultants and Senior Consultants for its West Yorkshire or Greater Manchester offices. You will run a busy 360 desk supplying daily drivers, backed by a strong candidate base and loyal PSL clients.
The business is growing an existing national account, with demand for 7.5-tonne drivers, van drivers and warehouse staff alongside wider A to Z recruitment. January start dates are available, with strong packages for the right people.

The role
• Managing your own 360 desk of daily drivers.
• Supporting and expanding an existing national account, covering 7.5-tonne drivers, van drivers and warehouse staff.
• Building strong relationships with existing PSL clients.
• Generating new A to Z business and growing your client base.
• Visiting customer sites to strengthen partnerships.
• Advertising, sourcing and attracting high-quality drivers and industrial candidates.
• Conducting interviews and completing licence checks.
• Delivering a high level of service to clients and candidates, including all associated administration.
• Travelling between the offices where required.
Who this would suit
• At least 12 to 18 months of solid recruitment experience, with a track record in sales and business development.
• Driving and industrial recruitment experience is ideal; strong A-Z recruiters from other sectors will also be considered.
• Confident managing a busy 360 desk.
• Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset.
• Able to work at pace while keeping standards high.
• Proactive, resilient and team-focused.
• Consultant or Senior Consultant level, depending on experience.
