The Client: A recognised, respected and professional marketing recruitment business offering unlimited opportunities for career development for ambitious, talented recruitment professionals.
The Role: This will suit a principal talent consultant looking to step into a director-level role, or an Associate Director looking for positive change. The team is established, but they are looking to increase their geographical remit and branch into the North of England. They are looking for a highly experienced recruitment professional to build the business and lead from the front. The role will be very hands-on, and you will be identifying and securing business with new and existing clients in the area alongside eventually building a team of recruiters managing their day-to-day activity. Full P&L responsibility for the role along with developing strategy moving forward.
Required experience: You will need to have in-depth experience within a professional, marketing biased recruitment business coupled with the ability to make an early impact. You will know how to get the best out of your team and will be able to motivate, lead and coach. You will demonstrate the ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, candidates and your team. You will also be ambitious, highly motivated with a solid track record of success.
