A Central London specialist search firm is growing its team and wants a capable recruiter ready to move into retained and exclusive executive search. You'll work on leadership and board-level appointments across the technology recruitment landscape, alongside an experienced team in Mayfair.
Clients include global brands across Tech, IT, Defence, AI, Robotics and Automation, and every mandate is either exclusive or retained. If you want to raise the level of your conversations and your earnings, this is a strong place to do it.

- Advise clients on senior and leadership hiring across a range of tech sectors.
- Map, approach and engage senior passive candidates internationally.
- Manage the full search lifecycle with a consultative, research-led approach.
- Build real depth of sector knowledge and lasting client relationships.
- Access to international travel and industry events as you progress.
