The Role: We are looking to speak with experienced recruiters from all sectors who are established within their sectors, billing well but are not receiving the flexibility, rewards or personal growth and development. You will be responsible for building and growing a desk, developing long-term client relationships, and placing candidates. You will be joining a team that values pace, quality, and commercial thinking. The environment is direct, energetic, and supportive, with a clear focus on performance and service excellence.
