A well‑established recruitment business in Wakefield is looking for a Branch Administrator to take ownership of weekly timesheet processing, payroll preparation and invoice support. You’ll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly, ensuring workers are paid correctly and on time.

What you’ll be doing

  • Payroll & Timesheet Admin
    • Input weekly timesheet hours with absolute accuracy.
    • Update and maintain payroll spreadsheets using formulas and performing checks and reconciliations.
    • Review the Timesheet Portal for missing, rejected or anomalies.
    • Match timesheets to the correct pay rates, NI details and hours.
    • Prepare weekly payroll files ready for processing.
  • Approvals, Chasing & Data Accuracy
    • Chase outstanding timesheet approvals by phone and email.
    • Resolve issues where approvers haven’t received notifications.
    • Cross‑check hours, rates and totals across multiple spreadsheets.
    • Keep worker and approver details up to date to avoid delays.
  • Branch Admin
    • Assisting the recruiters and senior team with daily admin. This will be varied.
