Due to their continued success, they are currently considering adding new niche desks to their portfolio and want to speak with experienced search consultants who are looking to work with more flexibility.

They have been operational for over a decade and have a reputation for placing Operations Directors, Managing Directors, and Senior personnel within the supply chain and procurement sector. The business offers progression and an excellent working environment. They provide an uncapped bonus scheme with no threshold, and there is parking on the premises if you wish to work from the office. They are able to offer a fully flexible approach to work and can accommodate working from home.

They are looking for professional, proactive and motivated recruiters who are target-driven and career-focused. They offer further career training and guidance to enable you to become a skilled specialist recruiter with in-depth market knowledge but would like you to have come from a professional recruitment background.
