Due to continued growth, the business is expanding and they are now seeking driven Recruitment Professionals to join the team.

We are looking to speak with experienced recruiters from all sectors who are established within their sectors, billing well but are not receiving the flexibility, rewards or personal growth and development. You will be responsible for building and growing a desk, developing long-term client relationships, and placing candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow a recruitment desk within your desired market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from prospecting to placement.

  • Drive consistent business development activity to maximise revenue.
  • Deliver a professional, service-led experience to clients and candidates.
