This is an opportunity to join a rapidly growing RISQS approved supplier of Safety Critical, Labour, and Technical Management Staff to the Rail sector. My client is seeking a Recruitment Consultant with 6 months plus experience who would be interested in a move to the Rail sector. No experience of the sector is required; training, support, and mentoring by an industry specialist (£500k biller) will be on hand to ensure you are a success in your role.
From day one, you will be involved with large infrastructure Signalling and Installation projects across the UK requiring blue- and white-collar personnel. You will have roles to work on from day one, and access to a database of 150 rail companies and 1,700 client contacts. In addition to working in a successful environment with like-minded professionals, the company also offers a highly competitive commission structure as well as regular incentives.
Salary £20,000 to £30,000 + 10% to 30% Comms + Bonus Structure + Sales Incentives + Benefits! We have close working relationships with a number of top industry clients and are able to open the door to a large number of opportunities within the rail engineering world. Our extensive experience in the rail sector gives white and blue collar rail professionals, across all disciplines, the opportunity to work on some of the highest profile rail projects in the U.K.
