The Role
We are looking for a Senior Resourcer to join the team. This is a pivotal role, responsible for sourcing, engaging, and delivering top construction talent to meet client demands. You will work closely with our recruitment team and clients, managing roles end-to-end or supporting high-volume delivery projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage candidates across multiple construction disciplines
- Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates for current and future roles
- Screen, shortlist, and manage candidates through the recruitment process
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide recruitment solutions
- Support recruitment consultants or manage end-to-end delivery of select vacancies
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in the CRM/ATS
- Mentor and support junior resourcers where required
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Resourcer or Recruitment Consultant, within construction
- Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Excellent communication skills with both candidates and clients
- A proactive and results-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-focused environment
- Knowledge of construction roles and terminology is highly desirable
