The Opportunity
As Senior Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of key construction accounts, ensuring outstanding service delivery while identifying opportunities to increase revenue, expand client relationships, and strengthen market presence. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of key construction recruitment accounts across Trades & Labour and related sectors
- Build trusted, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers
- Identify opportunities to increase account spend, service lines, and long‑term partnerships
- Develop and implement account growth strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead client reviews, presentations, tenders, and commercial negotiations
- Collaborate with recruitment and resourcing teams to ensure successful fulfilment and service delivery

- Represent the business at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums
