A small but perfectly formed Built Environment supplier of permanent and contract personnel to the Construction, Multi Utilities, Civils, Renewables, M&E, T&D, Building Services & Facilities Management and Fitout sectors is seeking a Team Leader/Manager with excellent people skills to work alongside the Managing Director.
Desirable recruitment industry background Experience: Renewable Energy, Construction consultancy, Building services, Transmission & Distribution, Civils, EV, or Multi-Utilities.
A pivotal role for the company, with the support of the Managing Director your responsibilities will include the following:
- Assist with the management and leadership of personnel.
- Formulation of business strategies to grow the sales floor.
- Development of revenue streams within the Construction/Built Environment sectors.
- Manage consultant monthly business plan reviews.
- Recruitment & Training and recommendation of training programmes.
- Agree targets and sales strategies with the Managing Director.
Outstanding working environment, the modern offices are situated in the Pantiles overlooking the Stores, Bars and Eateries.
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Guarantee + 30% Comms + Company Shares + Private Medical Family Cover + 25 days holiday (increasing to 30) + Pension + Gym Membership + Ride to Work + EV Car Scheme + Hybrid Working + Early Finish Fridays!
