Small but perfectly formed Built Environment supplier of permanent and contract personnel to the Construction, Multi Utilities, Civils, and Renewables sectors is seeking an experienced recruiter with a background in contract recruitment to grow a contract division. A pivotal role for the business, you will have free reign on all contract business within the established business relationships.
Responsibilities- Grow and develop the contract division within the Built Environment sectors (Construction, Multi Utilities, Civils, Renewables).
- Manage and leverage existing client relationships to secure contract placements.
- Operate with a focus on temporary/contract recruitment and maintain an excellent understanding of temporary contracts.
- Minimum 2 years working on a contract Built Environment desk.
- Excellent understanding of temporary contracts.
- Desirable industry background: Renewable Energy, Construction consultancy, Building services, Transmission & Distribution, Civils, EV or Multi-Utilities.
Permanent, full-time role based in the UK; applicants must have independent legal authorisation to live and work in the UK.
