Independent recruitment agency for temporary Construction and Engineering personnel is seeking an experienced Resourcer to join a busy team delivering blue-collar personnel to Groundworks, RC Frame, Civil Engineering, Fit-Out, and residential projects.
Responsibilities:
- Resourcing of temp Blue-Collar T&L workers.
- Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts.
- Resourcing candidates via database, job boards, and referrals.
- Checking workers have the correct certificates (CSCS/PPE).
- Creating a shortlist of candidates for requirements.
