We are a specialist recruitment business operating across the Construction, Civil Engineering, Rail, Utilities, and Logistics sectors. We partner with leading contractors, developers, and infrastructure organisations, providing high-quality temporary, contract, and permanent recruitment solutions across the UK. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy Construction Trades division, supporting the delivery of temporary Trades & Labour personnel to a wide range of construction projects.

The Role

Working closely with experienced consultants and key clients, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and managing skilled candidates for temporary construction assignments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and attracting Trades & Labour candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, social media, and headhunting.
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to assess suitability, availability, and compliance.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Managing candidate availability and coordinating placements.
  • Ensuring all compliance documentation and right-to-work checks are completed.
  • Supporting consultants with live vacancies and client requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records within the CRM system.
