We’re now looking for a Recruitment Delivery Manager to bring structure, pace and consistency across all live assignments. This is a hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys managing delivery while staying close to the detail.

The Role

As Recruitment Delivery Manager, you will work closely with the commercial team from initial brief through to successful placement. You will take ownership of delivery strategy across multiple roles, ensuring a high‑quality, efficient and consistent approach.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and executing effective resourcing strategies
  • Mapping target companies and defining ideal candidate profiles
  • Leading proactive candidate outreach and market engagement
  • Managing the full delivery lifecycle: sourcing, shortlisting, interviews and candidate care
  • Overseeing delivery across multiple live vacancies, ensuring pace and quality
  • Managing and developing a direct report, providing coaching and maintaining high standards

You will work across a broad range of positions, including Project Managers, Installation Technicians, Operational Leads, Business Development professionals, R&D specialists, Manufacturing Engineers, Project Engineers, and senior leadership roles up to C‑suite.

About You

  • Proven experience in agency recruitment, ideally within technical or engineering markets
  • Strong delivery capability, with experience managing multiple live roles
  • Confident building search strategies and driving processes at pace
  • Experience supporting or mentoring junior recruiters
  • Highly organised, accountable and quality‑driven
  • Able to build trust with clients and maintain strong candidate engagement

Salary & Benefits

£40,000 – £45,000 base salary
Uncapped bonus (OTE £82,000)
